Our client is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to serve as the face of their brand. - Manage and strengthen partnerships ensuring product positioning and customer success for both national and international customers.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless communication and accurate expectations for clients.
- Represent the company at two trade shows annually (typically one domestic and one international).
- Be the key liaison between customers, manufacturing, and engineering.
- Contribute articles to trade publications highlighting current and new products.
- Proven success managing and growing a book of business within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong written communication skills (trade writing or technical writing experience is a plus).
- Ability and willingness to travel (valid passport required).
