Job Description

Our client in New Bedford, MA is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their front-office team! 

Overview:This role involves supporting daily warehouse functions with an up-beat personality, managing customer requests, and ensuring accurate order processing in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry for customer orders
  • Submit orders
  • Handle customer inquiries, inventory updates, and service requests
  • Maintain organized clerical records and documentation
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and support warehouse operations as needed
  • Learn and use the company’s warehousing software application
  • Collaborate with team members and work independently when required
Requirements:
  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong clerical, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check
Scheduling:
  • Monday-Friday 
  • 7AM-2 PM or 8AM-3:30 PM
  • This is a full-time, onsite role with a flexible start time, but all shifts end at 3:30 PM.
