As our Account Manager, you’ll be the connection point between our company, our distributors, and our sales reps. Your role will include:
- Entering and managing customer and sales rep orders
- Communicating with customers via phone and email about:
- Product lead times & pricing
- Order status, tracking, and returns
- Updating customers with lead times and order progress
- Receiving inventory and updating our ERP system
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence on the phone and a customer-first mindset
- Solid Excel skills (intermediate level)
- A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as the company grows
