Our client in New Bedford, MA is looking for a  Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Potential for full-time after 90 day probationary period
Shift: 12 PM-5 PM Monday-FridayPay Rate: $20-$23/ hr

Responsibilities:
  • Understand companies products
  • Day to day customer account management 
  • Track order status to respond appropriately to customer inquiries 
  • Manage phone calls and other communication responsively
  • Direct calls appropriately 
  • Quoting new systems and helping existing customers choose products to solve their needs
  • Provide after sale technical support to consumers

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with marine industry and/or boating
  • Must have administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing, typing and telephone)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Patient and positive outlook
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and/ or Office365 applications
