Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Provide professional and courteous communication while addressing inquiries and messages. Assist in entering invoices into the system. Promptly and professionally respond to client emails, addressing inquiries and escalating issues when necessary. Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and scheduling appointments. Maintain accurate records of administrative activities, communications, and project-related documentation. Organize the office and manage office supplies inventory, arranging equipment maintenance as needed. Collaborate with team members and departments to enhance overall organizational efficiency. Be adaptable and willing to assist in various areas as needed to support the organization's dynamic requirements.
