Position Overview
We are seeking a Textile Finishing Apprentice to join our skilled workshop team. In this role, you will assist in finishing our products — including gluing, sewing, seaming, wrapping, and edge finishing. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals passionate about design and craftsmanship, with clear pathways to grow into higher-level roles such as Craftsman, Senior Craftsman, and Master, each with corresponding pay scales.

What You’ll Do
- Work alongside experienced craftsmen on textile finishing tasks
- Read and follow work orders and quality sheets
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout all projects
- Use tools such as tape measures and basic hand equipment daily
- Support production schedules and meet delivery timelines
- Ability to read and write in English
- Strong basic math and measurement skills (tape measure proficiency required)
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role
- Reliability, coachability, and a strong work ethic
- Passion for design and willingness to learn the craft
- Starting pay: $18/hour
- Schedule options:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexibility for extended hours when needed
