$23–$25/hour + uncapped commissions
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with candidates and clients in both English & Spanish
- Connect with people daily—by phone, in person, and online
- Source and engage talent through job boards, social media, and networking
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver solutions
- Create compelling job postings that attract the right candidates
- Stay organized while managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of recruiting, sales, or customer-facing experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred not required
- A natural communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and energized by results
- Strong organizational and tech skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Associate’s degree preferred
