Customer Service Representative (Hybrid | No Weekends)

Pay: $18-$20 per hour

- Support customers via phone, chat, and email
- Assist with orders, product questions, and issue resolution
- Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and order status

- Work with internal teams to resolve customer needs efficiently
Location & Schedule
- Location: Fall River, MA
- Training: First 2 weeks onsite (paid)
- After Training: Hybrid schedule
- Hours: Full time, Monday–Friday
- Shifts: Day, mid, and evening options
What Will Help You Succeed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–2+ years of customer service or call center experience (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across systems
- Detail oriented with good time management
- Comfortable in a structured, performance driven environment
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Positive, customer first mindset
