Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Specialist will provide a high level of customer service to our broad customer base. They will be responsible for answering phones on a multiline system, as well as responding to customer inquiries via email and live online chat. The customer service representative will process sales orders, product warranty and return merchandise authorizations. They will also provide support to our territory sales team.
Full time, hours 8 am - 5 pm .
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of two years customer service experience within a call center environment.
The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
The ability to communicate and interact effectively in all situations.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Proficient with standard office applications (i.E. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
However, some overtime, including holiday and weekends may be required (mostly during heating season).
