  • What You’ll Do:
     Provide top-tier customer service via phone, chat, and email
     Process orders quickly and accurately
     Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions with a positive attitude
     Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
     Identify opportunities to upsell and enhance customer experience
     Maintain customer records and update account information

     A strong communicator with solid written and verbal skills
     Detail-oriented with strong math and problem-solving skills

     Tech-savvy with basic CRM and software skills

  • Qualifications:
     High School Diploma or equivalent
     2+ years of customer service experience
