Duties
- Greet all visitors
- Screen incoming calls
- Set up all new employees on time entry and onboarding for correct pay and benefits
- Input all hours on time by coordinating with client time reporters
- Resolve any pay issues promptly
- Track weekly field employee statistics by recruiter & salesperson
Requirements
- Familiar with social media & internet platforms
- Demonstrated skill in customer relations
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Prior experience with organized office duties
