Leading manufacturer is looking for a Technical Support Representative. Excellent opportunity for field technician who wants to move into an office role. Using specifications and installation documents, you will assist contractors remotely with their installation and repair inquiries.
Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose the caller's problem and locate the correct support materials
  • Accurately document the inquiry results
Requirements:
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical documentation
  • Ability to use and understand combustion test equipment
  • Excellent computer and customer service skills
