Job Description

Our Client in Assonet, MA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join their healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a range of medical skills to provide high-quality nursing care.
Scheduling:32 or 40 hour scheduling W/ Rotating weekendsFull Time Position $40/ hr1st, 2nd, 3rd shift (Sign on bonus up to $5,000 for full time applicants)
Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to assess and plan resident care.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
  • Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences.
  • Provide guidance and support to direct care staff working alongside LPN
Requirements:
  • Current and valid LPN license in Massachusetts.
  • Proven experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts if needed.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
