In this essential role, you will implement personalized care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote the well-being of our participants while upholding their dignity and self-esteem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and implement nursing treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare providers.
• Monitor health status and provide minor first aid as needed.
Qualifications:
• Current Massachusetts LPN licensure and BLS certification.
• Experience with individuals with acquired brain injuries is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Pay:
72,8000 with sign on bonus
