`Provide Healthcare services in Residential setting $2000 sign on bonusSaturday 8am-10pm Thursdays and Fridays 4pm-10pm$33.00hrResponsibilities
  • Manage each patient care in accordance with their needs
  • Travel with patients to different geographic territories to full fill their needs
  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
