Responsibilities:
  • Perform bench-type processes to complete electrical assemblies, using hand tools, fixtures, toggle press, pneumatic machine, microscope, and bonding machines
  • Report defective parts or questionable conditions
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
  • Perform the prescribed Operator Process Control Checklist prior to using machinery
  • Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision in order to prioritize work
  • Perform multiple washing operations for circuits and sheet cleaning processes
  • Record data of key features, measurements, and specifications
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of related experience
  • Read and follow instructions represented in travelers, work instructions, and ISO book documents
  • Multi-tasking ability, good hand/eye coordination, attention to detail
  • Complete tasks on time for delivery
  • Follow Custom Part / Flex acceptance quality criteria
  • Understand the quality criteria instructions
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
