Job Description

Our client is a lead Seafood Importer/ Wholesale Distributor in Portsmouth, RI seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist with a bookkeeping background. 
Duties include: 
  • Data entry
  • Negotiate with multiple suppliers ensuring good pricing, availability and quality.
  • Manage multiple trucking contracts and deliveries, ensuring that the deliveries are prioritized and delivered on time. The products' details is essential, as is trucking company bids and schedule commitments.
  • Incoming containers, documents and coordinating
Candidate should have:
  •  Excellent phone & computer skills. 
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks & Excel a must.
  • Exp with inventory a plus
  • Bachelors Degree

Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
