Medical Billing Office Assistant
Fall River, MA | On-Site | $20/hour

We’re looking for a Medical Billing Office Assistant to support our billing and administrative operations at one of our welcoming Fall River facilities. You’ll be a key part of the team that keeps our healthcare services running smoothly — and ensures our residents receive the care they deserve without billing roadblocks.
What You’ll Do
- Process and submit medical claims to insurance providers accurately and on time
- Code and document patient medical information with precision
- Communicate with patients and insurance companies to resolve billing questions
- Maintain organized electronic and physical medical records
- Provide general administrative support to the billing team
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in medical billing and/or coding
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, billing procedures, and office workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Clear, professional communication and customer service abilities
- Comfort using medical billing software and electronic health record systems
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- On-site position
- $20/hour
