Job Description
Temporary Lighting Production Technician: We are seeking a dynamic lighting production technician who likes to combine their soldering skills with marine and boating experience to join our team! If you are a hardworking individual with a good eye for detail, you’ve come to the right place. Here, we work hard and have fun while contributing to our growth and prosperity.
Key Responsibilities:

- Build, calibrate, and test a variety of electro-mechanical assemblies at both the sub-finished and finished goods levels with oversight and direction from others.
- Utilize technical documents, including work instructions and parts drawings, to ensure assembly at the highest level.
- Package goods for shipment.
- Support the Production Team Lead with special tasks and projects, as requested.
- Maintain accurate records of product specifications and test results.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- Quality Control of components and final parent items.
- Hand soldering proficiency.
- Vocational or two-year associate's degree preferred.
- Experience with the manufacture and service of electromechanical products.
- Basic computer skills.
- Prior experience in the Marine Industry and boating preferred.
- Full time (40 hours per week)
- Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm
- $17 - $21 per hour (Based on experience)
- Temp assignment with the opportunity of becoming permanent
