Join our dynamic staffing team as a recruiter! If you're goal-oriented and passionate about driving success for both clients and candidates, you are in the right place. We're seeking someone who values empathy, understanding, and ethical recruitment practices. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and source high-quality candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, networking, and events. 
  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and specific job requirements. 
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate their skills to match them with the right job opportunities. 
  • Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract top talent. 
  • Research and master key concepts for each position. 
  • Build and maintain a network of qualified professionals in various industries to ensure a strong pool of talent. 


Qualifications: 

  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience. 
  • Proven track record of success with challenging orders. 
  • Ability to write effective job ads. 
  • Experience utilizing recruiting software, job boards, and social media platforms. 
  • Associate’s degree preferred. 
  • Reliable Transportation and a Driver’s License required. 


Hours and Pay: 

  • On site M-F (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) 
  • $22-$24 Per Hour+ Commissions 
  • Occasional community events
