Key Responsibilities:
Communicate proficiently in both oral and written English and Spanish.
Source high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and community events.
Partner closely with clients on hiring needs, company culture, and role requirements, and create clear, compelling job posts
Build pipeline of qualified professionals by consistently networking, following up, and nurturing long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of recruiting or applicant-facing experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Can commute to Fall River office.

Pay: $23-$25 Per Hour + Uncapped Commissions
