Pay:
- $35/ Hr with overtime available
- 2K sign-on bonus
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to assess and plan resident care.
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences.
- Undergo paid in house MAP certification training for a day
- Current and valid LPN license in Massachusetts.
- Ability to pass Cori, fingerprint, DPPC and drug screening
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license.
- BLS certifcation
- Up-to-date immunizations (covid vaccine is not required)
