Job Description
We are currently seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join a well-established, high-end retail store in Fall River. This is a great opportunity to work with a respected brand known for its luxury home goods and premium customer experience.
Position Overview
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience by assisting customers with product selection, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and supporting daily retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to assist customers with purchases
Maintain store presentation, including organizing shelves and merchandising displays
Replenish inventory and ensure products are well-stocked and accessible
Process transactions accurately using POS systems (cash, credit, etc.)
Answer phone inquiries regarding store hours, products, and availability
Support overall store operations and maintain a clean, organized environment
Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
Schedule & Pay
$20 per hour
Flexible schedule (weekday and weekend availability required)
Store hours typically 10:00 AM 5:00 PM
