Responsibilities
- Expanding client portfolios in emerging markets to drive new regional revenue growth.
- Negotiating and securing contracts with key clients, resulting in new business opportunities and revitalization of previously inactive accounts.
- Closing staffing contracts for temp, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions while promoting our additional services such as payrolling, drug testing, etc.
- Working with recruiters to fill staffing orders
- Occasional promotional events including but not limited to job fairs, after-hour chamber events, and volunteering.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales with measurable success (staffing is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full cycle sales process from outbound prospecting to closing.
- Proficiency in managing pipelines and book of business.
- High energy individual with the drive to succeed.
- Experience presenting in front of decision makers with strong acquisition skills.
Payment Structure
- Competitive base pay $28/hr.
- Uncapped commission structure.
- Quarterly and yearly bonus opportunities.
